Decent and In Order – Pricing and Fees
Organizing fees are priced by session packages per project.
First 3 hours are a rate of 40.00 per hour. (3 hours minimum). ** (ALL services are divided into one 3-hour session per visit.) 3-hour package/One 3-hour visit = 120.00 ($40.00 per hour)
6-hour package/Two 3-hour visits = 220.00*
9-hour package/Three 3-hour visits = 330.00*
12-hour package/Four 3-hour visits = 440.00*
15-hour package/ Five 3-hour visits = 550.00*
*Note: discounts are on all packages over 3 hours.
~6-hour package option must be used within a one week time frame from time of order. ~9-hour package must be used within a two week time frame from time of order.
~12 and 15-hour package options must be used within a three-week time frame from time of order.
All Packages Include: Complimentary delivery of small to medium-sized items to charity.
Referral of outside services to you such as: shredding services, home staging, etc.
Labor only (Fees do not include purchased materials. I do not require you to use purchased materials, I may however, recommend materials for purchase, always leaving the choice to you.)
Shopping for you or with you for purchased materials. I try to always 'bargain' shop for you.
Developing goals together, rolling up our sleeves and getting organized.
Organization "Tip" sheets tailored to your particular project needs/organizing style/goals.
E-mail communication, advice, and coaching for 1 month after final session to help you maintain your organization system.
*Payment due as follows:
A)After each 3-hour session, ie: $120 after first session, $100 after second session, $110 after third session, $110 after fourth session, and $110 after fifth session Or:
B) By package @ time of order. Cash & Paypal accepted.
*If you need more than 15 hours of services, pricing will start over again from the 3-hour session package pricing, and up, however, the first three hours will be 100.00 instead of 120.00, six hours will be 200.00, nine hours will be 300.00, twelve hours will be 400.00, and the second 15 hours will be 500.00. This method will also be utilized for any additional hours needed over 30 hours.
